Synthetics - Dyeing

 

ANOGAL ALB                     Dye-affinitive dyeing and levelling auxiliary, stripping, reducing and aftersoaping agent for printed fabrics.
In the finish of wool, it prevents bleeding of black-and-white effects.
For the reductive aftertreatment of polyester fibres.
Auxiliary in Garment Dyeing processes. (Neutral.)

 

ANOGAL DA                   Low-foaming dispersant and levelling agent, protective colloid for vat, naphthol AS, anthrasole and disperse dyes.
Levelling agent for the dyeing of wool with 1:2-metal complex dyes. (Anionactive.)

 

ANOGAL DA/AN              Dispersant and levelling agent, protective colloid in the dyeing with disperse dyes.
Applicable in combination with our migrating agent ANOGAL NTH/90 or ANOGAL NTH/NE in the dyeing of textured polyester (for the automobile industry).
ANOGAL DA/AN is biodegradable. (Anionactive.)

 

ANOGAL ITW                 Levelling and migrating agent for the dyeing of acrylic fibres with basis (cationic) dyes, weakly fibre-blocking. (Non-ionogenic/anion-active.)

 

ANOGAL MR                  Retarder in the dyeing of anionic polyacrylonitrile fibres with cationic dyes. Very low saturation of the PAC-fibre. (Weakly cationactive.)

 

ANOGAL NTH                 Levelling, migrating and dispersing agent for disperse dyes in the dyeing of polyester fibres in HT conditions.
Dispersant for the removal of polyester oligomers in the reductive aftercleaning bath. (Non-ionogenic.)

BURANDOL M                Non-ionogenic, defoaming wetting and de-aerating agent, thus wetting, defoaming and de-aerating in one.
BURANDOL M is suitable for the use in bleaching, dyeing and finishing processes of cellulosic and synthetic fibres, wool in flock, yarn and piece.
Foam depressant in padding processes.  (Silicone oil-free.) (Non-ionogenic.)

 

BURANDOL M/OG           Non-ionogenic defoaming and wetting agent, thus wetting, defoaming and de-aerating in one.
BURANDOL M/OG is suitable for the deaeration in bleaching, dyeing and finishing processes of cellulosic and synthetic fibres, wool in flock, yarn and piece.
Foam depressant in padding processes.
BURANDOL M/OG has just some slight odour. (Non-ionogenic.)

 

BUROGEN SBN               Aftertreating agent to improve wetfastness properties of acid-dyed polyamide fibres.

Suited to brighten and level off-shade dyeings.

CARIOVEN PTC              Dyeing accelerator for the dyeing of fabrics of polyester and of polyester/wool-mixtures with disperse dyes, for the whitening by means of optical brighteners of yarn and piece goods of polyester and polyester mixtures. (Weakly anionactive.)

 

DEFOAMER F                 Silicone-free defoaming and de-aerating agent to be used in pretreatment, dyeing, printing and finishing processes.  (Non-ionogenic.)

 

DEFOAMER F/96             Silicone-free defoaming and de-aerating agent to be used in pretreatment, dyeing, printing and finishing processes.  (Non-ionogenic.)

 

DEFOAMER FC                Water-soluble, silicone-free defoamer for acid dye baths, finishing liquors, sizes, printing pastes and plastic-dispersions.
Particularly suitable for semi-flooded jet dyeing machines. (Anionic.)

 

DEFOAMER SI/010          Stable silicone anti-foaming emulsions.

DEFOAMER SI/005          Foam inhibitors and deaerators for dyeing, finishing, sizing liquors and print pastes.  (Non-ionogenic/ anion-active.)

 

MULLOPOL 04                Gliding agent especially for synthetic fibres.
To prevent heat creases, running creases, milling creases and folding pleats in cellulose fabrics and mixtures with chemical fibres at all processing stages.
Fixative.
Inhibits felting of the wool in the course of wet processing.
To increase pickup of pad liquors, finishing liquors in general. (Non-ionogenic)

 

MULLOPOL NU               Non-ionogenic running crease inhibitor to prevent wrinkles, streaks and breaks in piece goods made of synthetic fibres, wool and cotton mixtures of all kinds and at all processing stages.
MULLOPOL NU has as well softening, anti­static and smoothing effects. (Non-ionogenic.)

 

RADOPAL GX/2000         Grease solvent and wet stain remover, nearly odourless, to remove greasy, oily and silicone soiling.
RADOPAL GX/2000 is particularly suitable for the removal of spinning lubricants from polyester microfibres, Trevira CS- and aramide fibres.
Afterwashing agent in dyeing and printing, in washing woollen yarns, synthetic fibres and triacetate, in washing and bleaching textiles of cellulosic fibres. (Non ionogenic.)  

 

RADOPAL MR                 Detergent, dye solvent, for dyeing apparatus and machines, steamers, pad rollers, equipment, dye kitchens etc.

 

VISCOLEUM SE/88          Levelling agent, having affinity to dyes and fibres, for the dyeing of wool and polyamide fibres with acid and metal complex dyes to level barriness due to properties of the material (affinity differences).
VISCOLEUM SE/88 is also helpful in precleaning and final cleaning processes of synthetic fibres. (Weakly cationactive.)

BURAMIN HS                 Cation-active softener and processing agent, electrolyte resistant, antistatic, applicable in most high-grade finishing liquors.

RADOPAL EF/55             Universal grease solvent and wet stain remover to improve fastness properties of undyed and dyed wool/polyester/Lycra-goods, cotton/Elasthan-goods.
Surfactant system for elastic articles.
Does neither contain chlorinated hydrocarbons nor chlorofluorocarbons. Contains benzole-free aromatic compounds as solvent component. (Anionactive/non-ionogenic.)

BURAPHOR PE               Optical brightener for polyester fibres and mixtures. Applicable by the exhaust process, AF process in jet, overflow and winch beck (not in the HT beam apparatus) and also by the thermosol method. (Non-ionogenic.)

 

BURAPHOR PE/BB          Optical brightener for polyester fibres and mixtures, bluish, for brilliant, intense white effects.
Applicable by the exhaust process, AF process in jet, overflow and winch beck (not in the HT beam apparatus) and also by the thermosol method. (Non-ionogenic.)

 

BURAPHOR PE/NB          Optical brightener, slightly bluish, for polyester fibres and mixtures.
Applicable by the exhaust process, AF process in jet, overflow and winch beck (not in the HT beam apparatus) and also by the thermosol method at low temperatures as from 150°C upward, migration-resistant. (Non-ionogenic.)

 

BURAPHOR PE/NR          Optical brightener, slightly reddish, for polyester fibres and mixtures.

GALETON 90                  Silicone-based lubricant for the ultimate finish of sewing yarns, to improve gliding properties and to increase heat resistance. (Cationic.)

 

SEWING YARN FINISH TB 24        Processing and softening agent for the finish of sewing yarns.
Emulsion of different silicone oils with waxes, softeners and antistats.  (Weakly cationic.)
